1-Give good information on the event and especially details on the location

2- Follow up with all that you invite

3-Request RSVP’s and follow up on RSVP’s

4-Serve food and drink and something better then cheese and crackers

5-Be consistent on where you advertise and pay attention to if that advertising is working

6-Have good handouts for the event

7-Be consistent in your marketing/advertising efforts

8-Pick a good venue

9-Remember your personal appearance when out promoting your event

10-Promote your event at least 6-8 weeks in advance
